We are offering a weighted ball program to increase arm strength and reduce the risk of injury. The program is designed to promote proper throwing mechanics, warm up routine, and recovery exercises. The program we use is based on the “Driveline” weighted ball workout routine. We also will implement exercises that are used by organizations like the Padres and Marlins. You will be working with Brad Mincey (a pitcher at East Carolina University and for the Miami Marlins), to insure proper technique and to go over throwing mechanics.

We believe a weighted ball program isn’t just designed for pitchers but every baseball player. Arm strength is a tool that is often over looked by many position players, yet is graded by all scouts and can place you out of a position that you want to play.
